Our Founder 

Chris Tovar, the founder of Tovar Construction Company, was born in San Marcos, Texas. He has devoted his life to the construction industry that focuses on commercial and residential projects. As an EPA and Lead certified, Chirs ensures that no hazardous material is used in the construction of buildings, homes, roofs, or the renovation process. Tovar Construction Company has been privileged to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. And that is not all! 

Hill Country News has also highlighted his work in its "Best of the Best" feature. As the Financial Director of the Twin Lakes YMCA in Cedar Park, Chris serves to ensure the organization's well-being. Moreover, he was the Leander Planning and Zoning Board Chairman from 2010 to 2013. He possessed a wealth of expertise and dedication towards his work. He is a member of the Leander Chamber of Commerce. Chris has participated as a volunteer in many welfare organizations. And currently, he is working as a member of the church and the assistant head coach for the Dominic Savio girls basketball team. Aside from work, Chris is passionate about hunting, fishing, golf, camping, spending time with his family, and watching his daughters play sports.
